Ships worldwide by the Standard Post Service (CTT – Correios de Portugal). Registered Service only on demand.

This service is the cheapest one, it has proved to have a good quality standard, but it doesn’t include a tracking number.
If you wish to track your order, you must pay extra for the registered service. Please contact me for this service!!

Please allow 10 to 15 days for international delivery.

Any import duties or local taxes on international orders are payable by the customer.

If you would like to purchase more then one item, please contact me about the total shipping price.
I´m  sure I´ll be able to come up with a good shipping deal!!

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

As each piece is individually hand painted/ handmade, so please expect slight variations and minor imperfections.
This is the beauty of a handmade piece!!

All my handmade items are checked before shipment. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on ceramic personalised commissions.

If you wish to return a shop brought item, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery. You must ship your item back to me within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in it´s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I´m not responsible for delays due to customs nor for damages resulting from mishandling.

When returning an item from outside of Portugal, please mark the package as a gift, otherwise I’ll be asked to pay customs, wich usually are much higher than the product itself. I do not accept returned items charged with custom duties.
