The final part of the process, glazing and loading the kiln to glaze fire!

Yesterday morning I was busy dipping a selection of love hearts, a personalised commission English terraced house, a house planter and a house candle holder.

I find it quite relaxing mixing the transparent glaze before dipping my ceramic creations in. I usually hold the pieces under the glaze for about five seconds, before pulling out and shaking of the excess glaze.

Once dried alittle I loaded my kiln with all the glazed pieces ready to be bisque fired.

While the kiln was heating up, I took Poppie dog for a walk along the harbour.
